Everyone at Trade Freight International is incredibly proud of our colleague, Serhii Titomyr, who recently completed a charity skydive in support of our chosen charity, the Children’s Bereavement Centre.
Taking on the challenge over the weekend, Serhii stepped far outside of his comfort zone to raise money for an incredibly worthwhile local cause, helping support children, young people and families experiencing bereavement.
What began as a personal challenge quickly became an unforgettable experience, filled with nerves, adrenaline and an enormous sense of achievement. Reflecting on the jump afterwards, Serhii described the experience as both “terrifying and amazing,” admitting that “you only understand what’s happening when the plane takes off!”
Despite the nerves, Serhii embraced the challenge and successfully completed the skydive alongside fellow colleague Craig Symonds, with the pair now affectionately known around the business as our official “TFI High Flyers.”
Thanks to the incredible generosity and support of colleagues, friends, family, customers and the wider community, Serhii has already raised an amazing £655 for the Children’s Bereavement Centre. The funds raised will help the charity continue providing vital support services to children and families navigating bereavement and loss.
